From the first contact, warm and human personalized attention to our patients defines our differentiating values that will make their stay a comfortable experience throughout the duration of their treatment.

How do we carry out your treatment?

Once your initial consultation and the evaluation of imaging studies or other necessary procedures are completed, you will receive:

1. An appropriate treatment plan for your particular situation.
2. The sequence of execution will be explained, along with your personalized budget.
3. You will have the opportunity to raise any questions or concerns.
4. Once the budget is accepted and with all the information about your treatment, the start date will be agreed upon together.

Follow-up of dental treatment

For your peace of mind, all our patients will have direct communication access with our specialist, Dr. J. Carlos N. Gallardo, in order to address any needs or questions that may arise outside of consultation hours.

For our international patients

Our treatment coordinator will guide and assist you from the moment of your arrival, throughout and at the end of your treatment, and even after your departure.
